We would all agree that the last two years of our lives and ministries have been absolutely crazy.
The world has been unsteady and we have found ourselves caught in storms we didn’t plan on and have had to answer questions we were not prepared for. Not only have pastors felt this whirlwind ourselves, but we have had the tremendous responsibility to help those we shepherd stay encouraged, unified, and strong while preaching hope.
WE came across a new Barna survey that is pretty sobering.
"More than 4,000 churches closed in America in 2020. Over that same time, over 20,000 pastors left the ministry and 50 percent of current pastors say they would leave the ministry if they had another way of making a living."
THAT IS NOT THE FULL STORY, THOUGH!
THAT IS NOT THE FULL STORY, THOUGH!
DURING THIS SAME PERIOD OF TIME, WE HAVE SEEN THE CHURCH THRIVE, GROW, AND EXPAND.

we are seeing a shift in the church!
We are not sure what you are feeling at this moment, or what your church is experiencing right now, but we believe we are living on the edge of a great awakening in the Body of Christ. We believe a huge part of this renewal is a desire to get back to a pattern and model of church that is Jesus centered, that elevates discipleship, and that is dependent upon the move of the Holy Spirit in the lives of others.
